How it works

With an active license, you gain access to your own aanmelder.nl account, with the following benefits:
- Access to almost all features and functionalities.
- Your event data is securely stored on our servers.
- Real-time insights into your own data and analytics.
- Credits for registrations and more remain linked to your account.
You can choose to take out a license monthly or annually. Once you have done this, you will receive the corresponding credits for the full license period all at once.
A license costs €20 per month. If you choose an annual license, you only pay €200 per year and receive a 16.67% discount.

Credits are your virtual currency on aanmelder.nl, used to pay for services such as:
- Participant registrations
- Use of our ticketing & payments add-on
- Contributions (also known as the abstract handling add-on)
- Check-ins (with and without badges)
- Sub-session check-ins (for example, for workshop registrations).
- SMS messages to participants
One credit, for example, equals one registration. A check-in with a badge is equivalent to 1,5 credit. As long as your license is active, your credits remain valid indefinitely. We offer volume discounts: the more you consume, the lower the price per credit.
Use the calculator below to directly estimate the required number of credits. Good to know: whether you choose a monthly or yearly license renewal, you will receive the chosen number of credits all at once.
