Healthy Ageing and Adult Vaccination

Sharing best practices from the UK and discussing the opportunity for the Netherlands

Location: British Ambassador’s Residence, The Hague

Vaccination is an important way to boost healthy aging. However, in practice, it proves to be challenging to invest in this form of prevention. How can we turn the tide?

We will discuss challenges, new insights, and future directions during this event. The British Ambassador Joanna Roper will open this event. Prof. Ab Osterhaus, Dr. Ted van Essen, Dr. Jan Peter Heida and a patient representative will take us along the best practices in the UK and the ambitions for adult vaccination in the Netherlands. Throughout the event there will be plenty of space for discussion and thought exchange.

To encourage free discussion and foster creative solutions, this event will be held under the Chatham House Rule. The event will be conducted in Dutch, except for UK speakers. For English-speaking attendees, an interpreter will be present.
