Erasmus Esports
2016 in the library at the Erasmus Campus. As the first esports assocation in Rotterdam we had a lot of ground to cover. 
Wether your interest is focused on casual gaming or competitive, we offer a variety of games to a variety of people. Join one of our weekly meetings and you might make some new friends that share your passion!

Erasmus Extreme
Erasmus Extreme was founded in 2014 and is the Extreme Sports association of Erasmus University. They aim to live on the edge, stepping out of our comfort zone and expanding  boundaries. Both beginners, as well as intermediates, are welcome to the organization! 

Activites they offer are everything from wakeboarding to paintballing, and are constantly exploring new extreme activities to introduce to the members. Twice a year, they take their members on grand trips to ski and surf. On the slopes and in the waves, covered in water and paintballs, They  are driven to give members the best experience possible, connect and socialize together. 

How can you become a member? 

A: We have two levels of memberships! Level 1 member – “Adventurer” is for those that want to experiment and try out some extreme sports for as low as €10. Level 2 membership “Daredevil” is for those that like to push things even further! Both levels enjoy various benefits and discounts on merchandise, events, and trips. Rotterdam Cheerleaders

Rotterdam Cheerleaders are an association consisting of almost 20 members that carry out activities in multiple locations around Rotterdam. They often have trainings around 2-3 times a week and are currently involved in many projects. The Rotterdam Cheerleaders association opens up try-outs for all types of girls looking to have fun in an environment that is stimulated by dancing, cooperation and working as a team. 
They are currently the official cheerleading team for the Feyenoord Basketball club, the main competing sports club in multiple sports that resides in the city of Rotterdam. The association takes their activity in all seriousness and has accomplished many milestones set by themselves in their years of existence. They also perform at multiple other events such as the Rotterdam Marathon, for the NK Boksen, and many more. Do not hesitate to contact them in order to join one of their open try-outs and possibly become a member of the team!

Ragnar Rotterdam Swimming
Ragnar Rotterdam is the student swimming and waterpolo association of Rotterdam. All students are welcome! There are five swimming practices in a week available for each week. Beginner till competitive!! For waterpolo we have competition teams and also two open practices a week. The goal for the practices is mostly to have fun and to make it challenging for each level. We don’t only play in the water though. The vikings (what our members are called) also like to party. We have camp, tournaments, viking Thursdays and a lot more!

SKADI
Skadi currently has more than 600 members and aims to facilitate each member in the right place for him or her. With core values as equality and solidarity, complemented with rich traditions, Skadi offers a place to everyone who is interested in the rowing sport. At Skadi, one can develop into a top athlete at Olympic level, recreational rower and everything in between. A passion for the rowing sport, combined with a broad interest in social and academic matters characterizes the average Skadian. Because Skadi offers space to both top athletes and people with an active club life, Skadi has been a place where many students can develop themselves and learn to push their limits.

Rotterdam Jaguars, Lacross
ROTTERDAM JAGUARS LACROSSE Where it began in 2005 with a few boys throwing a ball around, it has now grown into a full-fledged club with a women's and men's team. This sport is currently the fastest growing sport in the Netherlands. Have a look around on our site and maybe it is something for you! Become a lacrosse player and play for the Jaguars or LadyJags, you can always give us a try. Every Tuesday and Friday we practice from 19:00 until 22:00 after which we regularly have a drink at Grand Café de Dijk. Fun and sportsmanship are the two most important words for our association, come and see for yourself.

Eurasmus Padel
The Erasmus Padel association has been founded in 2020. Padel fanatics, who were studying at Erasmus University, decided to set up an association for other padel fanatics to play matches against each other and to have a club evening every once in a while.

RSAC (Climbing)
RSAC stands for the Rotterdam Student Alpine Club. The association focuses on sport climbing, bouldering, mountaineering, skiing and any other sports in the Alps! There are various SACs throughout the Netherlands, such as the ASAC in Amsterdam and the USAC in Utrecht. In 2020 the RSAC was founded, as the best city in the Netherlands should ofcourse have a SAC as well! 

What activities does the RSAC undertake? 

Every thursday evening, the RSAC boulders at Monk Rotterdam. Moreover, on mondays at 20.00 RSAC members go climbing at Klimmuur Rotterdam. In addition, as soon as this is possible again, we will organize weekends and outdoor climbing courses in Belgium. Various winter activities are organized in the spring through the NSAC. This include ice climbing courses and ski trips. In the summer, there are opportunities for rock climbing and mountaineering. Beginners can take the first steps on the glacier in the C1 programme while the experienced mountain climber puts the finishing touches in the C3 programme. EDS

ERD has been an association for 32 years, now starting the 33rd. We're the biggest dance association in the Netherlands. 
We offer a total of 10 dance styles:

- High heels 
- Movement and mindfulness

- Salsa 
- Bachata 
- Standard ballroom 
- Latin ballroom 
- Kizomba

Badminton Vereniging Erasmus
We are the badminton association at Erasmus. We have 3 badminton sessions each week in the Erasmus Sports building, 1 with a professional trainer, and the rest for members to play friendly matches or matches for competition. We welcome both new and experienced players, and outside of playing the sport, we have monthly social events in order for players to get to know each other off the court.
