SIC 23' Timeline

 

6th March	Registration opens
21st April	Registration closes and submission deadline for draft project proposals
24th April	1st Workshop
26th April	2nd Workshop *
7th May	Submission final project proposal
12th May	Competition Day + Award Ceremony (all day)

 

Please note:

• Participants must be enrolled at Maastricht University during the entire duration of the Competition.  
• The deadline for participants to register is the 21st of April 2023 at 23:59h CET.  A draft of the Project Proposal must be handed in by the same time. The final Project Proposal must be handed in no later than the 7th of May 2023 at 23:59h CET. Proposals handed in past this deadline will in principle not be taken into consideration.
• * Participation in both workshops is  mandatory.  
• The final round of the Competition will take place on the 12th of May 2023. Each project will be pitched in front of a jury composed of esteemed guests (exact details to be provided in Mid-March 2023). Presence of all participants is mandatory.
