Please indicate in this registration form which workshops you would like to attend. Detailed information about the workshops can be found on this website. Some workshops have a maximum number of participants. Only the allocated number of participants can be admitted for these workshops. Once that maximum has been reached, no more participants can be admitted. Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please be prompt with your registration. To ensure that the level of the workshops matches your interests and prior knowledge, please note the level of the workshops.

Level of the workshops

General (G)
No specific prior knowledge is required to participate in these sessions. However, it is helpful to attend the pre-program information session and read the position paper Room for Everyone’s Talent.

Intermediate (I)
These sessions require some prior knowledge and are aimed at those directly or indirectly involved in Recognition & Rewards initiatives: members of the committees at the institutions, policy makers, members of the Executive Boards and other administrators, international counterparts, and academics in general.

You can register for the workshops via this form until October 25th.

Become a part of our online community: RRview

We have created an online environment where we collaborate as national Recognition & Rewards colleagues: RRview. RRview is a closed platform where we share practices, new policies, research outcomes, and updates on developments in the programme. We also maintain an ongoing dialogue. For the Recognition & Rewards Festival we have set up a specific group, where you can get in touch with workshop leaders and other participants and get preliminary inspiration through relevant content.
In the upcoming weeks you will receive an invitation to become a member.

A photographer will also be present at the event to capture the atmosphere. Please note that the Recognition & Rewards programme is planning on publishing these photos and an aftermovie afterwards. If you do not want to be photographed or filmed, please let us know at the registration desk on 8 November.
