By filling out this form, you are enrolling in the full version of the Essentials 4 Data Support course and committing to paying the fee of 895 euros (excluding VAT). On the next page, you can choose the option to pay via invoice (addressed, for example, to your employer). 

Please note that your employer may ask you to fill in certain information such as a cost center or an order number. Please have these details ready when filling in the invoice information. 

Registration is on a "first come, first served" basis. We kindly ask you to inform us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your participation. In case of cancellation up to two weeks before the first course date, you will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be provided for cancellations less than two weeks prior to the course.
