Cancellation/no-show
You can unsubscribe up to 5 days before the event. In case of no-show or cancellation from 5 days before the event, we have to charge the catering fee of € 50,-

Photos
All our events can be recorded on photo or video. These images can (now or in the future) be used for educational and promotional purposes, publication on the Internet such as the Maastricht University website and publication on the social media channels of Maastricht University. By attending an event, you automatically give permission for the publication of the images. If you object to this, you can inform the organisation or send an email at least 2 days prior to the event to: lawsupport@maastrichtuniversity.nl
