Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of participation must be done in writing. An amount of 50 Euro will be charged to cover administration costs. A registration can be transferred to another person of the same organization, provided that PLSC Europe is duly notified in advance. If this would require a new invoice, please get in touch with us.

The conference venue Tolhuistuin has an elevator, and the conference is fully wheelchair accessible. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all attendees.
