Fees

Member of one of the organising universities	€ 350,-
Other than a member of one of the organising universities	€ 450,-
Industry	€ 650,-
Master students of Crete, only for attending the lectures	€ 50,-

This includes the whole programme, including the catering mentioned in the programme (coffee breaks and lunch and one dinner). Travel and accommodation is on your own costs.

Financial support

Grants and stipends are intended for highly motivated young scientists with limited resources, who receive no other financial support from third parties (for example employer or sponsor). The allocation decision will be made based on your personal motivation for undertaking the course as well as your socio-economic background: the Board hopes to help those who are at a disadvantage for realizing their plans in neuroscience.

Criteria
The following grants will be awarded for this workshop:

FENS and IBRO-PERC Stipend: FENS and IBRO-PERC provide 5 stipends of € 750 for master and/or PhD students based in Europe interested in attending this course. Through these stipends FENS and IBRO-PERC aim to encourage and promote international experience of students; hence, students that are currently residing or studying in the Netherlands or in Greece are not eligible for a FENS and IBRO-PERC stipend for this course.

Procedure
To apply for the above you do not have to register, however, if you will join this course even if you will not be granted by a travel grant, please register trough the website and if you will be granted you will refund you the registration fee.

Apply by sending us (1)a letter of motivation detailing your interest in Novel developments for treating brain disorders and your future career plans related to neuroscience, and (2)supporting evidence of your past experience in the field (CV) via e-mail (secr.euron@maastrichtuniversity.nl).

Applications must be received by the Executive Office before 1 August. Applications received after this date and/or incomplete applications will not be considered. The decision of the committee will be announced before 15 August.
