About the event

Last summer we launched a network of international managers in Flevoland with an event at the Proeflokaal in Almere. As you may remember, the goal of this event was to gather feedback from managers at internationally-oriented companies about our region and the problems you sometimes face.

One of the biggest challenges we identified together is talent. How do we find good people? How do we keep them? And how does the reputation of Flevoland as a region affect these processes?

We’re pleased to invite you for a follow-up discussion, in which we will look at a few innovative ways companies are addressing the talent challenge here in the region.
