Bio

Silvia Bolognin graduated in pharmaceutical chemistry and obtained her Ph.D. in tissue engineering at the University of Padova, Italy, focusing on neurodegenerative diseases. She completed her post-doctoral training at the Institute for Basic Research in NY, USA, and at the University of Verona, Italy. She then worked as a senior researcher at the University of Luxembourg to optimize stem cell models in the context of Parkinson’s disease. In 2023 she joined MERLN as Assistant Professor.
