TICKETING

In the next question, indicate which ticket you wish to purchase for the ESAO 2025 (if you want to join the y.ESAO 2025 pre-congress please use a different ticketing form). Please note: if you want to participate the ESAO 2025 for 1, 2, or 3 days, select the '1-Day Ticket' option.

ESAO NETWORKING EVENT DINNER 

On Friday evening, June 27, the ESAO Networking Dinner (formerly Gala Dinner) will take place. The cost to participate is €75. Participation in the dinner is only possible in combination with attending at least one day of the ESAO 2025 event. If you attend the dinner, the price will be added to the total costs at the bottom of the page.

FOOD

During the ESAO Congress, catering is included in the ticket during the day (please note that the offerings may vary per day). Keep in mind that the lunch and bites will consist of 50% vegetarian options. Please specify any other dietary preferences or allergies below, or leave the field blank.

REGULATIONS DATA & IMAGES

As a participant in the event, you have to fill in personal data. With this data, we can inform you about the practical aspects of the event. We will handle your personal data with care and will not use your data to inform you about other activities unless you indicate that you agree to this. Keep in mind that all acquired visual material (photos/videos) during the event will be published by the organization as a report of the event (not for promotional purposes).
