Registration Information

Participants are required to submit registration form and pay registration fee. The registration fee for regular participants and students includes everything; accommodation from
Sunday 9th evening till Friday 14th afternoon, three meals per day, coffee breaks, scientific and social events, the external dinner.                                                                                                              The fee for an accompanying person for the dinner is 50 euro.

This year we got a big support fund for summer school (thanks to Eindhoven Hendrik Casimir Institute and PhotonDelta), so we reduced the attending fees, overnight stay, and other costs. The support is for a limited number of attendees, so register as soon as possible! 

 

If you register before the 1st of July the following rates apply. After the 1st of July the rates will be doubled.

PhD candidate            EUR 300,00

Postdoc                        EUR 350,00

Professor/lecturer      EUR 400,00

Other                            EUR 700.00

 

 You can pay via creditcard or iDEAL after registering.
