How to join

 

General

The plenary part of the conference will be held via a live stream that is accessible via the Networkapp. The breakout sessions will be held via Zoom and will also be made available via the Networkapp.

It is important to understand that all conference sessions, including the network and poster & demo presentations session, will be made available via the Networkapp and that therefore it will be necessary to use the Networkapp to participate in the conference!

Networkapp

If you registered for the conference, you received a confirmation of your registration. 

You also received an email via the Networkapp, from Health-RI with the subject 'Invitation to join the Networkapp for the Health-RI conference 2020' providing you a personal entrance code.

Please log into the Networkapp Online environment early,  before the start conference, to make yourself familiar with the app and its networking features.

In your profile in Networkapp, under 'privacy settings' please put 'push messages' on, so we can reach out to you during the conference.

Zoom 

The breakout sessions in the second half of the conference are held via Zoom. Make sure you are using the latest version of Zoom, to ensure a smooth entry during the conference.
