Summary

During the session we will introduce EATRIS and discuss the need for research infrastructure in Paediatrics (e.g. a patient case). We will touch upon various pillars, but focus on developmental pharmacology (Pop-PK, placenta work, small sample analysis, ADME) and show some services that are provided for paediatrics in NL.

Invited speaker: Dr. Birgit Koch, clinical pharmacologist at the department of Pharmacy at ErasmusMC and a specialist in paediatric pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.

Presenting: "Model-informed precision dosing in pediatrics, Clinical Pharmacometrics, Therapeutic Drug Monitoring and Sustainable Sampling in Alternative Matrices."
