Summary

The job of the 21st century: data steward! Data stewardship is a relatively new area of expertise that emerges to support researchers in data handling before, during and after a research project. As Health-RI Data Stewardship Community, we unite data stewards and similar research support roles in the various health care institutes. In today’s session, we will start with a local example of data stewardship. Next, via an interactive tool, we will give the floor to you, to hear about your experiences in data stewardship. What challenges do we face, as data stewards? What is our desired direction for the future? And, what steps can we take as a Health-RI Data Stewardship Community to achieve these goals together? Join us to share your experiences and thoughts!
