The conference will be held from 24 February - 27 February 2025 at Hotel Casa, located near the city centre and 30 minutes from Schiphol Airport.

Getting there

From Schiphol Airport trains leave to Amsterdam approximately 6 times per hour. The train station is located underneath the arrival hall at the airport, tickets can be bought on the spot. For information on travelling by train and prices you can visit the National Railways (NS) website: NS website

The conference location is easily accessible by public transport. A large train station, Amsterdam Amstel, is located within walking distance. The public transport within Amsterdam (buses, trams and metros) is arranged by GVB. Please consult their website for travelling and pricing info: GVB website

As Amsterdam is a dense city, we strongly advise you not to come to the conference by car. The conference venue does not have parking spaces, and parking in the close vicinity is very expensive. If you do plan on driving, we recommend a parking space at the edges of the city, especially Transferium Amsterdam Arena: https://www.parkeren-amsterdam.com/transferium-arena. From here you can take a direct metro (10 mins) to the conference.
