Inloop en registratie

U kunt zich aanmelden bij de registratiebalie bij de hoofdingang op de begane grond van de Rotterdam Business School (Kralingse Zoom 91, Rotterdam). Per mail heeft u een QR code ontvangen voor registratie, wij verzoeken u deze code te tonen bij de registratiebalie.

Wij vragen u om op tijd aanwezig te zijn, zodat u voldoende tijd heeft om uw voorbereidingen te treffen bij de statafel die voor u is gereserveerd. Het netwerken met de studenten begint om 13.30 uur. 
 

Netwerkvloer

Een statafel (80 cm ∅) is voor u gereserveerd. U mag één banner standaardformaat (85 x 200 cm) meenemen om uw stand aan te kleden. 

Houd er rekening mee dat er geen stroompunten aanwezig zijn. Wij adviseren u om laptop(s) en tablet(s) vooraf goed op te laden.

Graag willen wij u erop attenderen dat het niet is toegestaan verpakte of onverpakte etenswaren uit te delen.

Wij stellen het op prijs dat er collega’s aanwezig zijn van de werkvloer/afdeling van de stage- of afstudeerplek. Indien er sprake is van een Engelstalige vacature dan gaan wij er vanuit dat Engelssprekende collega’s de stand bemannen.

Op de statafels van de aanwezige bedrijven staan tafelkaarten met kleuren die corresponderen met het segment waarin de stage- of afstudeerplek valt. Hieronder vindt u een overzicht van de kleuren die gekoppeld zijn aan de segmenten.

Catering

Koffie & thee wordt voor bedrijfsvertegenwoordigers onbeperkt aangeboden tijdens het event. U ontvangt daarnaast ook 2 flesjes water bij uw stand. Bij binnenkomst ontvangt u ook 2 muntjes p.p. waarvoor u frisdrank kunt halen bij de horecagelegenheid van het event.

Film en foto's

Tijdens het event worden er filmopnames en foto's gemaakt die gebruikt kunnen worden voor uiteenlopende doeleinden. Mocht u niet herkenbaar in beeld willen verschijnen, dan kunt u dit zelf vooraf aangeven bij de video- en/of fotograaf.

Garderobe

Er is een onbewaakte garderobe aanwezig. 

Locatie en parkeren

Locatie: Rotterdam Business School -  Kralingse Zoom 91, 3063 ND Rotterdam

Parkeren: U ontvangt per organisatie 1 gratis uitrijkaart voor de parkeergarages op de campus van de Erasmus Universiteit.

Afmelden

Wij vragen u om bij verhindering uzelf tijdig af te melden, of aan te geven welke collega uw plaats op het event zal overnemen via onderstaand email adres.

Registration

You can register at the registration desk at the main entrance of the Rotterdam Business School (Kralingse Zoom 91, Rotterdam, the Netherlands). By e-mail, you have received a QR code for registration, we kindly request you to show this code at the registration desk.

We ask you to be present on time, so that you have enough time to make your preparations at the table that has been reserved for you. Networking with the students starts at 13.30 hrs.

 

Networking area

The booth will consist out of a bar table (80 cm ∅) that will be available for you to meet with students. You can bring merchandise, flyers and one banner with a max. size of 85 x 200 cm. 

Please be aware that there are no power outlets available at the venue. If you bring a tablet and/or laptop, please make sure it is fully charged before the event.

We would like to inform you that it is not permitted to distribute packaged or unpackaged food items.

We would appreciate it if a colleague who works at the department with the vacancy would be present during the event. If the vacancy is suitable for English speaking students, please make sure that an English-speaking colleague is present.

 

At your booth you can find a card with colored dots that indicate the segments of your graduation assignments and/or internship position. You can find an overview of the segments and their colors below.

Location and parking

Location: Rotterdam Business School, Kralingse Zoom 91, 3063 ND Rotterdam, The Netherlands.

Parking: You will receive 1 free parking voucher per organisation for the car parks on the Erasmus University campus.

 

Catering

We will provide 2 small bottles of water and unlimited coffee and tea during the event. Upon arrival you will also receive 2 coins per person for which you can get soft drinks at the catering facility of the event. You can also use the catering facilities at your own expense.

 

Video & photo

The event will be recorded. If you object to being filmed or photographed, please make this known to the person who is filming and or taken pictures.

Cloakroom

We have an unguarded cloakroom available for your coat.

 

Cancellations

Please let us know as soon as possible if you will not be able to attend the event or if a colleague will be attending instead.
