In 2021, the FAIRsFAIR teaching and training handbook was published (https://edu.nl/qfnxb), addressing competencies, teaching and training designs, and 16 lesson plans on FAIR data. Recently, in the ELIXIR-CONVERGE project, hackathons were organized to further detail a set of lesson plans on FAIR (https://edu.nl/n9jfy). Now the challenge is to find existing training materials, relate those to the lesson plans, and reuse them. In this workshop we will give an update and discuss the participants’ needs, explore the setup of a similar hackathon series in the Netherlands across and in the domains (TDCCs), to stimulate collaboration in training on how FAIR data.
