Dorothee Horstkötter (PhD) is assistant professor at the Department of Health Ethics and Society, Maastricht University. She is a philosopher and neuroethicist and investigates ethical questions in neuroscience and mental health. In addition, she is ethics member of the Medical Research Ethics Committee of Maastricht University and Maastricht University Medical Centre.
