FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Below you already find the answers to some questions you might have. 

 

GENERAL

• Are we closing early at Friday 1 July?
  Eurofast Netherlands/Headquarters & Eurofast Belgium will close at 14.00 hours on Friday 1 July.
  Eurofast Hungary, Eurofast Poland, Eurofast Denmark & Eurofast United Kingdom will be closed the whole day, so that you have the day to travel.
   
• Are there any costs involved?
  Eurofast 45th birthday celebration activities, food, drinks & hotel costs during the organised
  program are at Eurofast expense.
  Parts outside the program and in the relax & refresh time, such as drinks in the hotel bar,
  minibar and other food/drinks or activities not organised by Eurofast, are at your own expense.
   
• How will I stay informed?
  There is no dress code during the complete Eurofast 45th birthday celebration program. Just
  come as you are!
  We only advise you to wear comfortable shoes during the Special Eurofast celebration program
  on Saturday morning & afternoon.
   
• Do I have to arrange any food or drinks? 
  During the Eurofast 45th birthday celebration all meals are taken care of. There will also be food and drinks during the program activities.
  Parts outside the program and in the relax & refresh time, such as drinks in the hotel bar,
  minibar and other food/drinks or activities not organised by Eurofast, are at your own expense.
   
• Can I make pictures during the event? 
  Of course you can. Take pictures and relive the moment! Just make sure that everyone in
  the picture is representive pictured. Respect each other and keep in mind that it never hurt
  to ask whether the persons in the picture thinks it is okay that the photo is shared on for
  example Social Media.

 

TRAVEL

• How do I go from/to locations during the celebrations?
  Prior to check-in you must arrange your own transport to the hotel. After check-in transfer from/to locations will be arranged for all hotel guests.
  Not staying in the hotel but do want to make use of the transfer? You can gather for transfer at the hotel at the given times.
  When you are unfortunately not able to make use of the transfer and therefore have to go by own transport, you find the necessary parking information at the location pages in this magazine.
   

HOTEL

• Do I have to share a room?
  No, you will get a private room. When you come alone, you get a room for yourself. When you join us with your partner you will share the room with your partner only.

 

COMMUNICATION & REGISTRATION

• How will I stay informed? 
  Once you have registered we will keep you informed of all developments concerning the celebration program, via Email. Please note, the Emails can  be send out from both marcom@eurofastgroup.com and aanmelder.nl.
   
• My partner is only 1 day available, can he/she still join? 
  We love to celebrate with you and your partner all weekend. If this is however not possible, we are of course happy to welcome him/her for a day! :)
   
• Are there also customers invited?
  No, Eurofast 45th birthday celebration is specially for the members of the Eurofast family and your partners.
