Location
The Meetup will be held at the University Medical Center Groningen, the Netherlands.

Travel and accommodation information 
Several local buses depart from the main railway station ‘Hoofdstation Groningen’ to the University Medical Center Groningen. Parking facilities are available in parking ‘UMCG Noord’, entrance at Vrydemalaan (paid parking).

If you are booking a room at Hotel de Doelen, please make your booking via ‘Noa@hotel-dedoelen.nl’ and mention that you are attending the ESM network meeting. This will give you a 15% discount on the regular room rates and also € 2,- discount for parking at the Forum Parkingspace.

Language
The official language during the conference is English. No simultaneous translation will be provided.

Costs and registration
The registration fee is € 75,- per person. This price includes drinks and lunches.
Participation in the social event is optional and costs € 35,-.
You can sign up until 31 August 2023. Cancellation of your registration until 31 August 2023: refund minus € 15,- handling fee. Cancellation after 31 August 2023: no refund.

Poster Presentation
When registering, please indicate if you would like to present a poster.
