• The discount code is only applicable for members and valid between the 1^st of January till 13^th of February.
• The hotel rooms are blocked for EPP bookings only until the 30th of April, as is a fixed room price. From the 1st of May, EPP cannot guarantee the availability of the rooms, and Van der Valk Tiel is applying hotel conditions and prices.
• The hotel room needs to be booked separately and is non-refundable by any cancellation. You can book the room via www.hoteltiel.nl/acties and use code: TIE-EPPCONGRES 
• Postponing/cancelling event: EPP will firstly evaluate the option for postponing the event before cancellation. When this event needs to be postponed due to Covid-19, ASF or any other urgent reason, the congress fee is set for the participants of this event and can be applied for the next congress. When this event needs to be cancelled due to Covid-19, ASF or any other urgent reason due to cancellation cost a 70 percent restitution of the congress fee will be applied. Unfortunately, an insurance does not cover organizing an event anymore. For that reason we ask you as member and non member to be supportive.
