Conference registration is limited to authors with accepted abstracts.
For conference delegates and students the 3,5 day fee includes: poster session, lab tour, walking tour Delft, conference dinner on Thursday 18 April and (coffee) breaks and lunches at the conference venue.
The excursion to Keukenhof is not included!

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made before 1 March 2024 will receive a full refund excluding € 50,- administration fee.

Cancellations made between 1 March 2024 and 1 April will receive a 50% refund exluding € 50,- administration fee
No refunds are granted after 1 April 2024 (in extra-ordinary cases the organisation will look into the request and decide on a possible compensation)
No-shows will not be eligible for refunds

All refunds will be made after 19 April 2024.

Privacy statement

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position (optional) and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.
