Presenting animations and posters

There is the opportunity to showcase your groups work via an animation or poster during the lunch break.

Animations
During the lunch break we organise an (art) fair of animations/(digital) posters of DCSE groups. We would like to ask you to send us an animation/digital poster of max. 1,5 minutes (mp4) of the research in your DCSE group. The resolution should be 1920x1080 and preferably landscape orientation. We have 5 screens available on which we will show the animations in a loop.

Posters
We prefer an animation/digital poster. However, if this is not possible you can also present a regular (paper) poster. Due to the capacity of the location there’s room for about 20 regular posters (A1 or A0), preferably portrait). This means that the organizing committee will make a selection if necessary. The goal is to have a wide, broad overview of High Performance Computing applications and their underlying fundamentals.

Website and event app
The animations and digital posters will also be placed on our event website and in our event app, which will become available in the run-up to 30 September.

Deadline
Please send us your animations or posters before Friday 16 September. We will contact you on Wednesday 21 September.
