CareTech Symposium 2023

 

You are cordially invited to join us on 5 and 6 October 2023 at Villa Vennendal in Nunspeet for the annual CareTech Symposium.

During these two days, collaboration will be our central theme and we hope to offer a platform to make new contacts with researcher, healthcare providers and the business community, and to intensify existing contacts. 

There will be room for presentations, posters and demo's, where we would like to challenge you to emphasize on the public-private character of the projects. We have opened a call for abstracts for presentations and posters. You can sign up for a presentation on Thursday or Friday, or the poster session on Thursday. Via de link above you can indicate your preference. 

In addition, especially for young researchers we offer the possibility to submit a problem or question along with your the abstract for your poster. A panel of experts will be put together to discuss your questions/problems in small groups during the poster session. Prior to the poster session you will get the opportunity to explain your work and your problem/question in a short plenary pitch of 2-5 minutes (depending on the level of interest). You can indicate your interest and your question/problem via the call for abstracts form you will find via this link. 

In addition, we offer all participants, including companies, the opportunity to demo their products during the poster session on Thursday afternoon. In addition, there are a few slots available for companies to present their work (5-10 min per company). If you are interested to present or showcase during the symposium, please us the call for abstracts form. 

Deadline for submitting an abstract is September 4! Please note: Registering for a presentation or poster does not automatically give you access to the symposium and vice versa. Fill out both forms if you want to attend ánd present.

The number of participants who can join the symposium is limited and the number of hotel rooms available is even more limited. So do not hesitate!

Registration will be open until Monday September 11, or until the maximum number of participants is reached, whichever comes first.
