Smart Buildings do a great job at optimizing indoor climate, taking into account data from sensors, weather data and climate goals. Still, interaction with the system is sometimes required to meet occupant comfort needs or practical requirements. When climate control interfaces are designed in a user-centered way, occupants and Smart Buildings can participate in a "dance" with give and take between equal partners. In this webinar we present a set of guidelines and tools to inform the design process of such interfaces.
