Registration category

Below you can choose your registration category. 

NB1: if you only want to register for the BioSB Faculty meeting (19 May) and not for BioSB 2025, tick the 'BioSB Faculty meeting only' option under 'Choose your category'. Please be aware that the faculty meeting is  meant for academic and industrial experts (group leaders, PI's etc).

Below you can indicate whether you want to include (1 or 2) overnight stays in your conference booking. Please note that shared rooms are the most economical. If you plan to come for one day, opt for individual conference elements.

If you want/need to arrange hotel accommodation externally (at your own expense), you should also opt for individual conference elements.

Petra Aarnoutse (BioSB community manager) can make hotel suggestions. BioSB has reserved a limited number of rooms in a neighbouring hotel. Be sure to book in time as these are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Dietary requirements

Please let us know if you have any medical dietary requirements (lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance, nut allergy, shell fish allergy, etc).
