Registration fees

All fees mentioned include 21% VAT (or 9% VAT for hotel rooms)

Conference dinner & social event at Nautilus aan Zee on June 18!

The conference dinner will be held at Nautilus aan Zee, a wonderful location at the beach, 100m walking distance to the conference venue!

Don't forget to buy a dinner ticket (45 euro) before the start of the conference and bring your Nautilus dinner-drinks-bracelet that you will receive at the registration desk. With the dinner ticket you are welcome for the dinner and social event at Nautilus aan Zee from 19:30-23:45. Drinks are included! 

After the dinner you are welcome to join the pubquiz organized by the YoungCB at Nautilus. More information will follow soon. 

 

Hotel rooms

It is no longer possible to book a hotel room via the registration form!

There are some rooms available for the 17-18 June at Hotel Zuiderduin. Please ask Hotel Zuiderduin directly at: info@zuiderduin.nl or call them under: 072 750 2000. 

We have no hotel rooms available for the night 18 to 19 June. Therefore, unfortunately it will no longer be possible to book a hotel room for the night from 18 to 19 June via the registration form.

Important: room sharing rules:

• It is possible to book either a private or a shared room.
• Also the combination of the first night a private room and the second night a shared room or vice versa is possible. (in case your roommate is only joining for one night);
• It is not possible to change roommates between days / to have different roommates on June 17 and 18;
• Mention the name and email address of your roommate and ask your roommate to do the same in his/her registration;
• If you don't mention a roommate, we will choose a roommate for you (based on gender).

BioSB PhD retreat

The fee for the BioSB PhD retreat includes dinner and evening programme on June 17. 

 

Annual BioSB Faculty meeting

The BioSB Faculty meeting is scheduled for the evening of June 17, inviting leaders/experts from the broad field of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology (academic and private sector). You can register for the meeting using the conference registration form. Please note that you can also register for the faculty meeting without attending the conference. Participation in the faculty meeting is free of charge. Find more information about the BioSB faculty meeting here.

Payment policy

Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. We accept PayPal, iDeal and Direct e-banking. A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail (please check your SPAM folder if not received).

 

Group bookings

Booking more than one person can easily be done by choosing the option "submit and add extra person" at the bottom of the registration process.

 

Cancellation policy

Bookings can be cancelled until April 1st through 'your registration page’, you will find the link to this page in your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the event manager to receive a refund. Administrative costs (€ 5.00) and optional banking fees will be extracted from the total refund sum.
