Oral presentation

For parallel sessions, the presentation slot will be 17 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

For keynote lectures, the total presentation time will be 45 minutes, which includes Q&A. 

Upload your slides or test your laptop

If possible, we would very much appreciate to already receive your presentation before the start of the conference! You can send it to: meike.bunger@health-ri.nl or upload it to the google drive. The link has been sent personally to you. 

During the conference you can upload your slide presentation on the laptop in the meeting room at the latest in the coffee or lunch break preceeding your session! Assistants will be available to help you with the upload where needed.

Not preferred, but you could also use your own laptop for your presentation (please test during the break). If you have an Apple laptop, please don't forget to bring a VGA adaptor, these are not available at the conference center.

Poster presentation 

 

Poster display

During the two conference days, the posters will be displayed in Lounge 1 and in Room 525. The poster sessions are scheduled on June 18 in the late afternoon, from 17:00 - 19:00. 

 

Poster setup and pickup times

Poster setup: Tuesday June 18, during first coffee break 10:30 - 11:00h
(assistents will be there to help you finding the right spot!)

Poster pickup: Wednesday June 19, 16:30-17:00h 

 

Posternumber

A posternumber is assigned to your poster and can be found on the poster lists that will be available on paper during the conference as well as digitally on the website. 

 

Preparations

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format: height: 1189 mm (46.81 inches) and width: 841 mm (33.11 inches). 

 

Best Poster prize

The best poster prize will be awarded to the Best Poster of the conference! Be aware of good questions from the Best Poster prize jury.
