Hotel rooms

Limited number of hotel rooms available!

We have a limited amount of hotel rooms available at Hotel Zuiderduin. As soon as this limit is reached it will no longer be possible to book a hotel room via the registration form. You can visit the website: https://www.hotelinegmond.nl/nl/, to book a hotel room in another hotel in Egmond aan Zee!

Important: room sharing rules:

• It is possible to book a private room for May 8 and a shared room for May 9 and May 10, or vice versa (f.e. in case your roommate is only joining for one night);
• It is not possible to change roommates between days/to have different roommates on May 9 and 10;
• Mention the name and email address of your roommate and ask your roommate to do the same in his/her registration;
• If you don't mention a roommate, we will choose a roommate for you (based on gender).

BioSB PhD retreat

The fee for the BioSB PhD retreat includes dinner and evening programme on May 8. 

 

Kick-off meeting BioSB Faculty meeting

In the evening of May 8 a kick-off meeting of the BioSB Faculty is planned, inviting leaders/experts from the broad field of Bioinformatics and Systems Biology (Academic and Private sector). You can register for the meeting via the conference registration form. Participation is free of charge. Read more

Payment policy

Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards, PayPal, iDeal and Direct e-banking. A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Group bookings

Booking more than one person can easily be done by choosing the option "submit and add extra person" at the bottom of the registration process.

Cancellation policy

Bookings can be cancelled until April 1st through 'your registration page’, you will find the link to this page in your confirmation e-mail. Please contact the event manageer to receive a refund. Administrative costs (€ 5.00) and optional banking fees will be extracted from the total refund sum.
