Oral presentation

For parallel sessions, the presentation slot will be 17 minutes + 3 minutes for questions.

For keynote lectures, the total presentation time will be 45 minutes, which includes Q&A. 

Upload your slides or test your laptop

If possible, we would very much appreciate to already receive your presentation before the start of the conference! You can send it to: meike.bunger@health-ri.nl.

During the conference you can upload your slide presentation on the laptop in the meeting room at the latest in the coffee or lunch break preceding your session! Assistants will be available to help you with the upload where needed.

You can also use your own laptop for your presentation (please test during the break). If you have an Apple laptop, please don't forget to bring a VGA adaptor, these are not available at the conference center.

Poster presentation 

Poster display

During the two conference days, the posters will be displayed in Lounge 1 and in Room 525. The poster sessions are scheduled on May 9 in the late afternoon, from 17:30 - 19:30 and on May 10, during the lunch break from 12:30 - 13:30. 

Poster setup and pickup times

Poster setup: Tuesday May 9, during first coffee break 11:00 - 11:30h
Poster pickup: Wednesday May 10, 17:00-17:30h 

Poster number

A poster number will be assigned to your poster and can be found on the poster lists that will be made available on paper during the conference as well as digitally on the website. 

Preparations

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format: height: 1189 mm (46.81 inches) and width: 841 mm (33.11 inches). 

Best Poster prize

The best poster prize will be awarded to the Best Poster of the conference! Be aware of good questions from the Best Poster prize jury. 

Demo presentation 

During the demo sessions you can give a software/tools demonstration. The two demo sessions will be held simultaneously with the poster sessions on May 9 in the afternoon (17:30 - 19:30) and May 10 during the lunch break (12:30 - 13:30).

Prepare a poster in addition?

If you prepare a poster, it will give the conference participants a chance to read about your application, also outside of the two demo sessions. It is not obligatory to bring a poster but recommended. 

Please bring your own laptop. We will set up a poster board and a table for you in Room 525. There will be a beamer and screen in the room. To connect to the beamer you need 2 USB-C ports, please bring a USB-C connector if you laptop has only one USB-C port.
