Registration fees

All fees mentioned are inclusive of 21% VAT

• Registration for the virtual conference is valid for both conference days. 
• PhD retreat registration: via the registration form you can also register for the (virtual) PhD retreat on June 14.
• ELIXIR-NL retreat registration: via the registration form you can also register for the (virtual) ELXIR-NL retreat on June 14.

BioSB membership

Your registration includes BioSB membership. If you are not interested in the membership, please opt out during the registration procedure for the conference. The registration fee remains unaffected by opting out for the complementary BioSB membership for 2021.

Payment policy

Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards, PayPal, iDeal and Direct e-banking. A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

Registrations can be cancelled until May 15, 2021 through 'your registration page’, you will find the link to this page in your confirmation e-mail. Please contact Jacintha Schultes to receive a refund. Administrative costs (€ 5.00) and optional banking fees will be extracted from the total refund sum.
