Registration fees

All fees mentioned are inclusive of 21% VAT

Registration fees include participation to the conference day programme, lunch, coffee/tea breaks, drinks on April 2 during poster sessions, internet access.

NB: Hotel rooms for April 2nd are sold out!

There are still rooms available in other hotels in Lunteren.

50|50 Hotel Belmont has rooms available for April 2nd (20 minute walk from De Werelt).

BioSB membership

Your registration includes BioSB membership. If you are not interested in the membership, please opt out during the registration procedure for the conference. The registration fee remains unaffected by opting out for the complementary BioSB membership for 2019.

Evening programme

The evening programme includes the conference dinner and additional activities after dinner. Drinks during dinner are included; after dinner drinks are at own expense.

Hotel rooms

There is a limited number of rooms available. Because of the limited availability we do not offer hotel rooms to BSc/MSc students. If all rooms are occupied, we will inform you a.s.a.p. as well as indicate this on the website. You can find here other hotels near the conference center.

If you indicate that you would like to share a room, please indicate in the form with whom you would like to share the room. If you leave this field open the organizers will choose a roommate for you.

BioSB PhD retreat

The fee for the BioSB PhD retreat includes dinner and evening programme on April 1.

Payment policy

Payment of the registration fee is included in the registration procedure. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express credit cards, PayPal, iDeal and Direct e-banking. A final confirmation will be sent by e-mail.

Cancellation policy

Registrations can be cancelled until March 1, 2019 through 'your registration page’, you will find the link to this page in your confirmation e-mail. Please contact Femke Francissen to receive a refund. Administrative costs (€ 5.00) and optional banking fees will be extracted from the total refund sum.

Changing your registration

After completion of the registration/payment process the registration fee (and therewith items that influence this fee) cannot be changed. E.g. you can still change the name of the person you would like to share a room with but you cannot change the room type from private to shared or vice versa.
