Poster & demo sessions

We planned two poster/demo sessions: the first in the afternoon of May 15 and the second during lunchtime on May 16. 

• Afternoon/evening session: 15 May, 17:45 - 19:15
• Lunch session: 16 May, 12:15 - 13:30

Poster setup (main hall & Europa room): Tuesday May 15, 10:30 - 11:00h

Poster dismantle: Wednesday May 16, after the last coffee break: 16:15h

Demo setup: main hall 

The posters will be displayed during both days of the conference. The presentations are planned during the poster sessions mentioned above.

The afternoon/evening session will be split in an even and an odd section.

Poster number assignment will be made after we received all posters (April 30). 

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format: height: 1189 mm (46.81 inches) and width: 841 mm (33.11 inches).

For demo presentations: please bring your own laptop. We will set up presentation tables for you.

A poster prize will be awarded for the best poster. The award ceremony is planned during the closing of the conference on May 16, 17:30-17:45.
