Session H - Poster presentations

NB: all abstracts submitted for a poster presentation will be accepted for presentation! 

The Poster session is planned in the afternoon of April 4th, 17:30 - 19:00, during the drinks.

During the two conference days, the posters will be displayed in the back of room Europa, under the balcony. The posters will be moved to the main hall in the afternoon of April 4th for the poster session.

Poster setup (room Europe): Tuesday April 4, during first coffee break 10:30 - 11:00h

Poster sessions and drinks (main hall): Tuesday April 4, 17:30 - 19:00h

Best Poster BioSB 2017 award ceremony (room Europe): Wednesday April 5, 17:15h

Poster dismantle (room Europe): Wednesday April 5, after 17:30h
 

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format: height: 1189 mm (46.81 inches) and width: 841 mm (33.11 inches).

For demo presentations: please bring your own laptop. We will set up some tables between the posters, where you will be able to present your demo.
