Session K - Application showcase

The application showcase gives participants the opportunity to showcase the software or database that they have developed (based on abstract submission).

The application showcase will be held at the same time as the poster session on May 20th during the conference dinner. Candidates will be able to showcase their demo during a table top presentation which will be located in the area behind the registration-/information desk.

This year we received three abstract submissions. Candidates will present their demo at the following time slots: 

• Martina Kutmon, Maastricht University (19:00 - 19:45)
  Curation, Visualization and Analysis of Biological Pathways

• Henk van den Toorn, Utrecht University (19:45 - 20:30)
  A phosphorylation site atlas, based on multi-enzyme proteomics

• Martin Fitzpatrick, Utrecht University (20:30 - 21:15)
  Wooey: Simple web-based UIs from command-line scripts
