Session K - Poster presentations

Abstract submission: CLOSED!

The Poster session is planned in the evening of May 20th, during the conference dinner.

During the two conference days, the posters will be displayed in the back of room Europa, under the balcony. The actual poster presentation session is planned on May 20th in the evening, during dinner. The posters will be moved to the main hall for the poster session by the conference organisers.

The poster presenters will be split up in two groups (group details will follow) that will present at different time slots which gives all presenters the opportunity to enjoy dinner.

Poster setup (room Europe): Wednesday May 20, during first coffee break 10:30 - 11:00h

Evening programme with drinks (main hall): Wednesday May 20, 18:00h

Poster sessions and dinner (main hall): Wednesday May 20, 18:30 - 21:00h
         A. Group 1 presents posters from 18:30 to 19:00h
         B. Group 2 presents posters from 19:00 to 19:30h
         C. Group 1 & 2 present posters from 19:30 to 21:00h

Best Poster BioSB 2015 award ceremony (room Europe): Thursday May 21, 17:00h

Poster dismantle (room Europe): Thursday May 21, after 17:20h
 

Please prepare your poster in A0 portrait format: height: 1189 mm (46.81 inches) and width: 841 mm (33.11 inches).

The Application showcase will be organised during the same evening session.
