BIO: Melinda Susanto received the Professor J.M. Van Winter Stipend in 2019 for her research proposal ‘A global history of cinnamon. Tracing the evolution of taste through early modern Dutch recipes’. With the stipend, she studied at the History of Food Collection of Allard Pierson. At the 2022 symposium, she’ll present her findings. |
