Join us for the AIRLab Stacking Challenge - Finals Event

 

Ahold Delhaize's AI for Retail (AIR) Lab and YES!Delft is inviting you to the Finals Event of the AIRLab Stacking Challenge. Within the AIRLab Stacking Challenge, we have challenged students and research teams from all over the world to share knowledge and dive deep into the tech to better understand the ground principles of robotics.

The Challenge | Algorithms are coded using a simulation that is deployed using the TIAGo robot developed by PAL Robotics. TIAGo is a mobile robot platform that is used for research in universities and innovation centers all over the world. Its open-source software and modular hardware architecture make TIAGo highly customizable and adaptable to different purposes. The teams have worked on algorithms that focus on smart retail applications, for example, automated product stacking.

Finals Event | During this online event, the selected teams will be competing to perform automated stacking of products by deploying their code using AIRLab Robot Tiago. After the prerecorded demonstrations, an expert jury will award the top three teams of the Stacking Challenge the following prizes:
