Please fill out this application form to become an ISAP Ambassador for new international students! We will go through the applications and let you know via the e-mail or phone number that you provided below whether you have been selected by the end of May. Please keep in mind that if you are successful, you would become an active ambassador from mid August onwards. The programme ends mid-March 2025. 

Also bear in mind that we expect ambassadors:

• To know the city and the university well enough to give necessary information and share your experiences with your students
• To keep in touch with your group of students (end of August – half March) and initiate meeting moments with them separate from ISAP events whenever possible. 
• To be present at the ISAP Welcome Event, as well as a minimum of an extra event each block. Goal is for you to try to attend 3 events  per block (from the 5), 2 events per block is the minimum.
• To attend 2 obligatory trainings/workshops which you will need to be a successful ISAP Ambassador.
