To register for the diploma a DPO professional certificate - not older than two years - and a bachelor degree, are required.

* For candidates who do not hold a bachelor degree and who have professional experience in the field, a validation procedure for professional experience may be set up according to the regulations.

Participants who wish to obtain the ECPC-M certification must hold the Maastricht University Professional Certificate 'ECPC-B DPO’ - or equivalent.
Candidates who do not hold the ECPC-B DPO Certificate can apply if they hold another relevant professional certification not older than two years and obtained after having attended a training course of at least 32 teaching hours followed by an examination.

Cancellation Policy
Maastricht University reserves the right to cancel the event up to two weeks before the starting date and cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred. Participants will either be reimbursed or offered to participate in another ECPC conference or training.

If you cancel your participation six to three weeks prior to the start of the course, Maastricht University can refund only 50% of your registration fee.
If you cancel your participation less then three weeks prior to the start of the course, you will need to pay your entire registration fee.
Refunds will be given to participants who cancel their registration 6 weeks prior to the start of the course.
