The A Deeper Dive: Ocean Literacy in your Zoo or Aquarium workshop will be delivered by Dr. Nóirín Burke, Director of Education, Galway Atlantaquaria, National Aquarium of Ireland; and the team from Ocean Conservation Trust, UK. All experts within the field of education and ocean literacy!

WORKSHOP REQUIREMENTS

This work requires participants to complete an online course on ocean literacy prior to attending. This e-course has been developed by the EAZA Academy, supported by EU Oceans 4 U funding, as is open access. A link to the e-course will be shared with participants in time prior to the workshop. The e-course will cover the principles and theory of ocean literacy, which will be built upon with practical and applied skills and techniques, during the workshop.

EAZA Academy Cancellation Policy:

- If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the course starts no fees apply. 
- If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 25% of the fees.  
- If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the course starts you will be charged 50% of the fees. 
- If you cancel less than 1 week before the course starts you will be charged 100% of the fees.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the EAZA Academy confirms the cancellation for their course registration.
