Cancellation policy for Summer School on Circularity in the Built Environment *

I have read the cancellation policy:

The deadline for registrations is Thursday 15 May 2025 at midnight. For cancellations by Tuesday 27 May 2025 fees will be fully refunded. After 27 May 2025 fees will not be refunded. Refunds will be made after the event.

Privacy statement *

We will use the data you provide (your name, organisation, position and email address) exclusively to register you for this event and to establish a picture in advance of the type of participants who have registered. We will not pass on your data to third parties and, if we wish to do so at any time, we will do so only with your consent. After the event, your data will be stored for twelve months in order to send you any correspondence that may be required pursuant to the event. At the end of that twelve-month period, your data will be removed from the records created for the event.

Photography / videography *

Please note that photos will be taken and video fragments will be recorded throughout the summer school. These can be used by the organising committee and organising party TU Delft for a recap of the event in our publications and on our website and social media. Please contact the event organiser via the email address CircularBE-bk@tudelft.nl if you have any concerns or if you wish to be exempted from this activity.
