Terms & Conditions

1.The 10 selected Next Heroes in Food & Agtech (NHFA)

a) will be picked by a selection committee of F&A Next. The committee’s decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding their decisions or decision-making processes. 

b) grant F&A Next permission to communicate about being selected, cooperate in interviews and/or other expressions to make the startup visible in connection to it’s selection as Next Heroes in Food & Agtech by F&A Next.

2. The winners of the Feike Sijbesma Sustainable Innovation Awards (FSSIA)

a) will be picked by an independent jury. The judges’ decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding their decisions or decision-making processes.

b) will use the prize money to invest in its product, service or company and will show how the prize money is spent.

c) grants F&A Next and University Fund Wageningen (UFW) permission to communicate about winning the award, cooperates in interviews and after movie and other expressions to make the FSSIA and UFW visible.

d) will mention winning the award in its own communications, referencing F&A Next, FSSIA, and UFW, with permission to use the names and/or logos of F&A Next and UFW.
