Registration UTQ 2025

Requirements for Participation:

To be able to register for the UTQ programme, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Your head of department has agreed upon your participation;
  • You have successfully completed the PBL/tutor training; and
  • You have ample teaching experience – that is you have, at least, been a tutor (at UM) for a minimum of two course periods, however, more extensive educational experience is preferred.

For each module, you need to prepare assignments which you can find in the LAW UTQ Canvas course. 
All sessions will take place at the Law Faculty. You will receive a confirmation with the room a few days before each session. Online participation is not possible. 

You can, unfortunately, not start the UTQ in case you have not finished the PBL training. Please contact Catherine de Rijdt or sign up for the PBL training via this link.

Participation in the UTQ modules is only possible if you successfully finished the PBL training and attended the UTQ Kick-off and Intake session. Please register for the next Kick-off and Intake session below.

In preparation for the UTQ kick-off and intake session, please complete the following preparatory tasks: 
1. create your educational CV
2. complete the UTQ self-assessment form


You can find the preparatory task on the Law UTQ canvas environment (see the relevant module and assignment box), where you are also expected to submit your preparation 2 working days in advance of the session.

Module 3 – Lectures in Problem-Based Learning

Module 5 – Assessment

DEADLINE for submission of the Portfolio: 1 June 2025

Final Interview sessions between 23 June – 4 July 2025

You must go to the LAW UTQ Canvas course. Each module provides you with instructions, information on literature, and assignments.
Please upload your assignments at least 2 working days before the start of the session via the assignment submission in Canvas.
