Interested applicants should submit an abstract (up to 200 words) and a brief author bio (up to 100 words).

Conference fees

Registration PhD's (early bird fee)	€ 100
Registration PhD's (regular fee)	€ 150
Registration seniors (early bird fee)	€ 195
Registration seniors (regular fee)	€ 250

Early bird fees will be bookable up to 31 May 2025. From 1 June 2025 only regular fees will be available.

The prearranged panel should consist of three presentations. The panel proposal should therefore consist of three abstracts (each one up to 200 words) plus a short introduction on the panel (up to 800 words).
