Within the Netherlands, we prefer you pay with iDeal. From abroad we advise you to use a (one time only) PayPal transfer. Not all creditcard companies accept/comply with/ the European Standards. If you choose wire transfer from your university, please make sure the invoice details are according to the requirements of your university! (PO/Grant number etc.)

I agree and have read the following:

Cancellations before December 20, 2024, 23:59 PM (CET) we will maintain a refund of 50% of the registration fees. Cancellations after December 20, 2024 till January 17, 2025 we will maintain a refund of 10% of the registration fees. Cancellations after January 17, 2024, 23:59 PM (CET) refunds are no longer possible. "No shows" (due to all causes including natural disasters and acts of terrorism) are non-refundable.
Paid registration may be transferred to another person. You must give prior notice by emailing us.
