Student help for Interspeech 2025

We need help from Saterday August 16 until Thursday August 21 2025

From 08.00 – 18.00 hours NB! Working hours may vary.

Working at the registration desk, a warm welcome for the delegates

• Starting Saturday, setting up the registration desk
• From Sunday August 17  until Thursday August 21 from 7 AM until 5 PM
• Register delegates, hand out badges and give information, give directions
• Everything else needed regarding the registration

Working in the session rooms as a session manager, making sure everything runs smoothly

• Starting Sunday August 17 until Thursday August 21 from 8 AM until 6 PM
• Check if the presenters are present intime, check if their presentation is ready
• Communication with technicians if something is needed or not working
• Check if there is water and glasses for the speakers
• Everything else regarding the sessions

Working at the speaker ready room, you enjoy being the spider in the web and you keep a good overview

• Starting Sunday August 17 until Thursday August 21 from 8 AM until 6 PM
• Making sure that all the presentations are on time, tested and at the right time available in the different session rooms, working with the session chairs
• Everything else needed at the time in the speaker ready room

Working as a host and assistant in the exhibition room

• Starting Sunday August 17 until Thursday August 21 from 8 AM until 6 PM
• Making sure our exhibitors have all they needed and make this their best exhibition ever
• Everything else needed in the exhibition room

Working as a poster session assistant

• Starting Sunday August 17 until Thursday August 21 from 8 AM until 6 PM
• Making sure all posters and the right posters are in place at the right session
• Making sure that the poster presenters have what they need for their presentation
• Everything else needed at that time.

Working as a multi tasker, you are available where ever we need you.

• Starting Saturday August 16 until Thursday August 21 from 8 AM until 6 PM
• Helping out with different jobs during the conference, whatever the moment needs at the
