Amsterdam Schiphol Airport (AMS) serves most major international airlines. It’s located 98 miles (158 km) of the Groningen Railway Station. 

The city of Groningen has direct railway connections with Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Travel time approximately 2½ hours. Groningen is well connected by train from across the Netherlands. 

Arriving in Groningen and leaving Groningen Railway Station, the bus stops are in front of the railway building (right-hand side). The following local busses will take you directly to the location venue: 2, 5, 6, 61, 65, 76, 171 and 178 (bus stop main entrance UMCG). 

There is a taxi rank in front of Groningen railway station. 

Groningen is a very walkable and easy to navigate city. Use Google Maps to plan your route on foot.
